Maravillosa propiedad en unos de los edificios mas atractivos de pedralbes con 285 m2 construidos aprox, 3 plazas de parking y piscina comunitaria. Los gastos de comunidad ascienden a 600€ al mes lo que es muy poco por los servicios que ofrece el edificio de portería, jardín, piscina, garaje, etc…A nuestro entender es una muy buena oportunidad de compra por precio, estado de la vivienda y localización, cerca de los mejores colegios internacionales y nacionales de Barcelona. Transporte público al lado de la propiedad. Ideal para familias que quieran respirar naturaleza por los cuatro costados a un paso del centro.
